1. Self-report increased confidence when caring for a sick newborn infant.
2. Learners will increase their knowledge of caring for sick infants by completing a pre- and post-test assessment and evaluation form.

Post-Resuscitation/Pre-Transport Stabilization Care of Sick Infants: Guidelines for Neonatal Caregivers.

Reference the CLOUDCME INSTRUCTIONS document to set up Text for Attendance, download the app, complete evaluations, and access certificates/transcripts.

NURSES: Participants who meet the successful completion requirements will receive 8.0 contact hours. Children’s Mercy Kansas City is approved as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the Midwest Multistate Division, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

RESPIRATORY THERAPISTS: The Children's Mercy Hospital, CEU Evaluator has approved this program for 9.6 Live Respiratory Care CEU's, on behalf of the Kansas Respiratory Care Society, a chapter of the AARC.
