Overview

The 6th Annual Donation and Transplant Conference is jointly provided by Children's Mercy Kansas City and Midwest Transplant Network.

Target audience: Clinicians working with donation and/or transplant patients and their families.

Objectives:

Describe the importance of nutrition for pediatric patients.

Summarize key medication management strategies for pediatric transplant patients.

Share the role of Allied Health team members with the pediatric transplant population.

Showcase Midwest Transplant Network's role in organ transplantation.

Explore the experience of the pediatric transplant patient.
