1. Enhance competence and expand expertise in pediatric surgical conditions prevalent in our geographical area and nationally.
2. Develop strategies to enhance communication and collaboration among interdisciplinary team members addressing pediatric surgical conditions.
3. List barriers to multidisciplinary care.
