12th Annual A Call Away! Telephone Triage Conference

This one-day virtual conference is designed for nurses, nurse practitioners and other healthcare professionals who provide telephone advice to families.  

1. Have increased confidence in managing telephone triage calls on common pediatric health issues.

1. If this is the first time you are logging into CloudCME, you will be asked to complete your profile. Be sure all required fields are entered, as well as other information you wish to provide. You can always go back in and add information. But do make sure your credit is marked appropriately.  Click here if you need additional help for setting up your Cloud CME profile

1. Once your profile is complete, follow the steps below to complete the one-time text for attendance set-up.

   1. Text the email you used in your profile to 855-966-4664

   2. If successful, you will get confirmation that your account phone number has been updated.

   3. Once you have this success message, you are now set-up to text your attendance at future events.

       

Children’s Mercy Kansas City is approved as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by VTL Center for Professional Development, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

Participants who meet the criteria for successful completion will receive 5.5 contact hours.

Register attendance via instructions provided.

Complete the evaluation by May 13, 2026
