Overview

Clinical Advances in Pediatrics Symposium (CAPS) is focused on providing the latest advances in pediatric research and evidence-based practice to improve the quality of children’s health care. This annual learning event emphasizes practical application of current concepts that pediatricians, pediatric specialists, family physicians, and advanced practice providers involved in the care of children and adolescents can apply in their practice.

ACCME Objectives
  1. Implement current evidence-based guidelines to improve diagnosis, management, and prevention strategies across common and complex pediatric conditions.
  2. Integrate multidisciplinary approaches to enhance care coordination, patient safety, and outcomes across diverse pediatric populations and care settings.
  3. Identify strategies to mitigate risk, address health disparities, and advocate for the advancement of pediatric health at the clinical, community and health policy levels.
